Founded by a team of OTC traders in early 2022, CrissCross was born out of a need to streamline and automate the trading process. We spent countless hours in multiple chat groups, negotiating deals. Despite the rise of self-service interfaces, we noticed that many clients still preferred using chat for their trading operations. Recognising the potential to combine the convenience of chat with the efficiency of automation, we set out to create a solution

This chatbot is not just an order taker, it's a negotiator, programmed to negotiate prices within set thresholds, ensuring our clients get the best possible deal while maintaining their desired profit margins. In addition to our AI chatbot, we offer robust asset management tools that help alleviate some of the complexities of running an OTC business
